Expert care. A peaceful setting. Support for the whole family.

At our waterfront Branford hospice facility, patients and their families experience more than medical care—they find an environment that offers serenity, support, and meaningful time spent with loved ones.

As America’s first nonprofit hospice, we remain committed to providing skilled, compassionate, and personalized care. With you and your family, our purpose is simple but essential: to listen closely and shape support around what truly matters.

Because we believe care is more than physical treatment—it is also presence, understanding, and finding comfort close to home.
