At
Connecticut Hospice, our staff and volunteers knows what excellence
in programs is all about. Together we have built a national reputation
for exceptional care, both for our patients and their families. Our
state of the art, JCAHO accredited, teaching palliative hospital hospice
is the first of its kind in America. Together with five statewide
Patient Service Offices, we are able to provide stay at home care
with M.D. house calls, except when a higher level of assessment is
required. Pain and symptom management are the foundation of our enormously
successful interdisciplinary approach to care.
At Connecticut
Hospice we are committed to providing competitive salaries and outstanding
benefits. In addition, we have dedicated significant resources to providing
mentoring and other learning opportunities to help professionals fulfill
their career goals and objectives.
Connecticut Hospice
has been a member of the National Association of Home and Hospice Care,
as well as the American Hospital Association, since 1980.
In 2003, Connecticut
Hospice will celebrate the first 30 years of providing palliative and
hospice care to those patients suffering from a progressive irreversible
disease and their families.
Connecticut Hospice
is an Equal Employment Opportunity.
